(a) At least 18 years of age on day of election
(b) Is not disqualified pursuant to the 2015 Local government elections act or any other act
(c) Is a Canadian Citizen
(d) Has resided in Saskatchewan at least 6 months preceding the date to which nomination paper is
submitted
(e) Has resided in the Town of Lampman, or on land within Lampman for a least three consecutive months
prior to nomination paper being submitted.
Forms can be obtained at Lampman Town office 303 Main Street or Town of Lampman Website- local
government
-Nomination form on the front, candidate’s acceptance on the back
-Require 5 nominations needed to sign (nominee’s must be eligible voter)
Candidates must fill out public disclosure statement as well as have current criminal record check from
local police service accompanied by a declaration form
(a) Is a Canadian Citizen
(b) Is at least 18 years of age
(c) Has resided in Saskatchewan for at least six consecutive months immediately preceding the date of
the election and
i) Has resided in the Town of Lampman, or on land now in the Town for at least three consecutive
months immediately preceding the election day OR
ii) is the owner of assessable land situated in the Town, for at least three consecutive months
immediately preceding the day of the election
